When I'm asked to introduce myself, I always think of a drama class I took where we had to introduce ourselves using an adjective, like Chummy/Chill/Cheery Cha (I took more than one class, can you tell?)
My name is Charlsie Lamos, and like Emily, I'm about to start my 2nd year in the Master of Arts in English program at Clemson University. I am 22 years old and married to an avid gamer (primarily Xbox). I guess you could say I'm from this area, since I've lived in the area for the last 11 years.
As far as my experience with gaming (serious or not), I still consider myself a novice. I was introduced to my idea of gaming as an undergraduate, learning how to perform on a basic (or below basic) level in huge Xbox games like the Halo and Call of Duty series. I have played several online RPGs like World of Warcraft in the last four years, but not on any consistent basis.
I'm really looking forward to this class and getting to work with everyone! See you Monday!
